Black Twin Sheet set from Walmart $10. Here I come bulletin boards!

Before

After

There were 2 small bulletin boards here but now it's just one big one.

With an adorable patchwork border. Sorry about the glare.

I still had enough sheet left over to make this one...

(ignore the mess) And this teeny one...

And this one! There is still some more left for one more smaller one.

I changed the border on this one. I think this border really pops! I like that it is filled with primary colors, just like my classroom.

So envious that you can use fabric on your bulletin boards. Our school system won't allow any fabric in our rooms because the fire marshal says they are a fire hazard. It looks wonderful! I love the POP!!

Thank you! I wonder why it isn't a fire hazard for us... well, we are allowed to cover only 25% of our doors, if that makes you feel better! =)
DeleteI am loving the POP, too!

Your room is coming together great! I love how your borders are clean and classic while containing bursts of color.

Thank you for the tip about the black sheet. I will need to pick some up. I was going to the fabric store to buy fabric. I think this will work out better! Your boards look great!

Thanks Jennifer! I think that the sheets were much easier on my wallet than fabric stores!
